With over two decades of experience across agencies and in-house teams, I create world-class design and marketing solutions for B2B and B2C brands that drive measurable business results. I believe in customer-centered design, and bring a deep empathy and understanding for the customer to everything I create and lead.

Today, I lead a 45+ person design and content organization at T-Mobile across three teams supporting T-Mobile postpaid, T-Mobile prepaid including three prepaid wireless brands, and T-Mobile broadband. I guide the teams responsible for delivering customer-first digital experiences and content across the websites and apps—ensuring every interaction feels clear, connected, and human.

My specialties include design direction, product design leadership, customer-journey architecture, and building scalable design systems grounded in systems thinking. I bring a deep commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring every experience is crafted to work beautifully for all users across complex digital ecosystems.
